Dr Appt- 37 weeks

Well, I am officially full-term now! He could be born any day and be perfectly healthy. BUT, unfortunately he seems to be taking his sweet time. :) My dr checked me and I am still not dilated at all. He said my cervix is starting to thin a little bit, though. I did finally gain some weight, and I am dangerously close to a buck-fifty...eeek, that's scary! My blood pressure was a little bit higher than normal for me (120/80 and I am usually 110/60), but still in a good range, so they weren't concerned. The good news is that I passed my strep culture test and my iron levels were good at my last blood drawing. So as my dr said, now we are just waiting for him to decide he's ready. And really, 3 more weeks would be ok with me because I still haven't even had my work baby shower yet and don't have all my stuff ready!
