6 Months Old!

Today is a big milestone...my little boy is 6 months old! He decided to celebrate by waking up at 3:45am! Luckily for mommy, it was daddy's night to be on duty. ;) Which brings me to my recap of the past month...Conner has become less predictable and more demanding than he used to be. For the most part, he is still a good sleeper and a happy baby, but every once in a while, he decides he wants to throw a little tantrum or wake up in the middle of the night. These troubles have been matched with exciting positive changes, though. He gives us many more laughs and smiles, now, and is really starting to interact with us.

During the past week he has become a good napper as well. I decided to start putting him in his crib for naps at regular times now, and he did better than I expected. The first time I tried it out, he just stared at his mobile for 10 mintues, and then drifted off to sleep! He actually naps for hours now, too, instead of 20 minutes at a time. I love it. I get so much more done during the day.
