Happy Birthday to me and Conner!!!

So we were in Tennessee visiting family for our birthday this year. We usually go every year around the 4th of July, so some years we also end up being there on my (and now Conner's) birthday. My family threw a little party for us complete with cake and presents...






Unfortunately, Conner was cutting two teeth on his birthday, so he was extremely cranky that day. Before we had the party, though, we ended up giving him some baby motrin. That did the trick and he was in a good mood for the rest of the evening. But needless to say, my birthday was spent caring for a fussy baby. Welcome to parenthood, right?! ;)

(And yes, I am perfectly aware that I look like hell in the pictures...they have fluorescent lighting in their basement and it's humid in Tennessee so my hair was especially frizzy. Ok.)
